How does key traceability work?

Each key withdrawal and deposit in our connected boxes is timestamped and associated with a unique user (PIN code or mobile app). You track everything from your Kannuki Manager dashboard.

What happens if a provider doesn't return the key?

The system detects the key's absence after the scheduled intervention ends and immediately sends you an alert (email/SMS) as well as to the concerned provider.

Is the key box resistant to vandalism?

Our key boxes are designed with high-resistance materials (Grade 3) and are certified to withstand break-in attempts and extreme weather conditions (IP65).
